Taniel Varoujan Armenian School

The Taniel Varoujan Armenian School (TVAS) is a collaboration of the Armenian Relief
Society Chicago Zabelle Chapter and the Armenian All Saints Apostolic Church of Glenview, Illinois.

Since 1966 TVAS has been teaching Armenian Studies. Over that time TVAS has graduated more than 450 students. Prior to its current location, TVAS was located in the Edgewater neighborhood on the north side of Chicago at 1020 West Bryn Mawr Avenue.

It is the mission at TVAS to provide Armenian Studies within a safe, friendly environment
conducive to learning. Armenian Studies include reading, writing, speaking and understanding the Armenian language as well as Armenian history, cooking, music and uniquely Armenian Christianity.
 

School policies have been developed over many years and are designed for the best interest of the TVAS student body.
